About the project

Bulgari Lighthouse is the maison's debut branded residential tower, set on a reclaimed peninsula at the southern tip of Jumeirah Bay Island alongside the existing Bulgari Resort Dubai and its yacht club. Designed by longtime Bulgari collaborators Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the sculptural form is inspired by coral, its lantern-like crown glowing above the Arabian Gulf. Inside is an ultra-exclusive collection of full-floor penthouses topped by a monumental multi-storey sky villa with a vast private terrace, each residence finished in the tactile materials and understated craftsmanship of the Bulgari world.
