Amali Residences is a pair of sculpted circular towers on the south bank of the Dubai Water Canal in Al Wasl, developed by Amali Properties with the Sajwani family's AHS Properties and designed by Killa Design, the studio behind the Museum of the Future. A five-level podium carries 48 residential floors in each tower, the two joined by a sky bridge and wrapped in planted, curving terraces. Every one of the 211 homes has its own private pool and 5.5-metre floor-to-floor heights, in a mix that runs from two-bedroom apartments to triplexes, podium villas and penthouses of roughly 21,000 square feet, with interiors by HBA Residential and landscape by SquareM. Three amenity podiums named The Social, The Club and The Retreat hold some 54,600 square feet of wellness, pools, a private cinema and residents' lounges looking out over the canal.
