Capella Residences Brisbane is Australia's first Capella-branded residential project, developed by Verso Projects on the heritage-listed Shafston House estate on the Kangaroo Point riverfront in Brisbane. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the 25-level, 90-metre tower holds 51 two-, three- and four-bedroom residences and stands as the second Capella Residences worldwide after Seoul. The scheme restores and reimagines Shafston House, which has occupied the riverfront site since 1851, and repurposes the historic Postal Depot Building as a guest house. Residents get the Capella Living Room, a concierge-led communal space drawn from the group's hotels, alongside landscaped gardens, six swimming pools and wellness and recreation facilities. The wider estate adds two riverfront homes, a six-berth private marina, a porte cochere arrival, secure basement parking and a new stretch of public riverwalk along the Brisbane River.
