Queen's Wharf Brisbane is a $3.6 billion integrated resort precinct on the Brisbane River, delivered by the Destination Brisbane Consortium across a swathe of the CBD's western edge including the heritage buildings of the former government Treasury precinct. The development is built out in phases and stacks four separate hotels, a casino, and more than fifty restaurants and bars around a landmark tower whose Sky Deck cantilevers a multi-level dining and viewing platform out over the water. Roughly twelve football fields of new public realm knit the precinct back into the city, alongside the Neville Bonner pedestrian bridge linking the site directly to South Bank. Restored nineteenth-century sandstone buildings are folded into the scheme as dining and event venues, setting Brisbane's colonial architecture against a contemporary riverfront skyline in the lead-up to the 2032 Games.
