Little National Brisbane is a 47-storey mixed-use tower rising on a cleared island site at 30 Albert Street in the Brisbane CBD, marking Canberra-based DOMA Group's debut development in Queensland and the first Little National Hotel in the state. Set half a block from the City Botanic Gardens, the tower sits atop a six-storey podium and weaves resort-style amenities and lush tropical greenery through a warm, hospitality-led design. Lower levels are planned to hold pools, a gym, yoga and landscaped lounge spaces, with bars, restaurants and conferencing facilities above, while the upper floors are earmarked for a residential or accommodation component. Positioned as a signature addition to Brisbane's skyline ahead of the city's Olympic decade, the project extends DOMA's Little National hospitality brand from Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide into one of Australia's fastest-growing capital markets.
