FIVESIXTY Waterfront Residences + Club is the new name for the 38-story tower Aimco has been building at 560 NE 34th Street on Biscayne Bay in Edgewater, directly across from The Hamilton, the 276-unit building Aimco previously renovated. Designed by Stantec and rising about 497 feet, the tower has topped out and holds 114 rental residences, with three- and four-bedroom layouts of roughly 2,300 to 3,000 square feet, waterfront views and large private terraces. Residents get The Club at FIVESIXTY, a wellness-and-dining amenity program that includes a bayfront swimming pool and lounge, a private marina for vessels up to 70 feet, fitness, health and spa facilities with infrared saunas, a movement studio, a conservatory, a shaded putting green, a padel court and private executive work suites. A waterfront restaurant from Gioia Hospitality Group occupies the ground-floor retail. SERHANT leads leasing and marketing, KW Property Management runs the building, and tours are by appointment only.
