Official WebsiteLincoln Yards is a major mixed-use redevelopment of a former industrial corridor along the Chicago River between Lincoln Park and Bucktown on Chicago's North Side. Originally envisioned by developer Sterling Bay as a multibillion-dollar campus of housing, offices, and public space, the project stalled amid financing and ownership turmoil. The northern 31-acre parcel has since passed to JDL Development and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, who are advancing a recalibrated, residential-led plan rebranded as Foundry Park, while the southern riverfront section moved to Novak Construction. The site remains one of the largest urban infill development opportunities in the United States.
