About the project

Halsted Pointe is a 46-story, roughly 500-foot residential high-rise rising at 931 North Halsted Street on the southern tip of Goose Island in Chicago, replacing a former Greyhound bus facility. Developed by Vancouver-based Onni Group and designed by Chicago's Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, the tower holds 460 apartments — 92 of them affordable — atop a five-story podium with about 18,900 square feet of retail and structured parking; every residence features a private balcony, and amenities include a fitness center, wellness space, lounge, and game room. It is the first phase of a four-phase riverfront masterplan slated to bring up to 2,650 residences and a hotel to Goose Island.
