Developed by Vancouver-based Onni Group and designed by Chicago's Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, the tower holds 460 apartments, 92 of them affordable, atop a five-story podium with about 18,900 square feet of retail and structured parking. Every residence features a private balcony, and amenities include a fitness center, wellness space, lounge and game room. It is the first phase of a multi-phase riverfront masterplan that would bring thousands of residences and a hotel to Goose Island.
Halsted Pointe going vertical: after a June tower-crane raise and a full building permit on July 14, Onni and McHugh Concrete pushed the 46-story tower's core above street level on Goose Island; first occupancy targeted before the end of 2028.
