725 Randolph is a 45-story, one-million-square-foot Class AA office tower under development by Related Midwest in Chicago's Fulton Market, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox as a new gateway to the district. Anchored by the law firm Sidley Austin, the tower offers column-free floorplates, unobstructed skyline views, and premier building amenities, marking one of downtown Chicago's first new office high-rises in years.
