About the project

725 Randolph is a 1-million-square-foot, 41-story office high-rise in Chicago's Fulton Market district, positioned as Related Midwest's flagship lifestyle office building and one of the city's largest new commercial projects of the post-pandemic era. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox under design principal Trent Tesch, the tower's stepped form references the iconic high-rises of the Downtown Loop while its industrial-style facade — black metal fins and extruded frames — draws inspiration from the site's meatpacking history. The amenity program centers on a podium rooftop pool, a flagship Equinox Fitness Club and Spa, 17,000 square feet of restaurant space, and private terraces and loggias on multiple floors offering outdoor work settings with unobstructed views across the West Loop. At ground level, an 11,500-square-foot public plaza opens onto Randolph Street and integrates with the Fulton Market streetscape, with ample bike parking and direct access to Chicago's Green and Pink CTA lines a block away and the Kennedy Expressway adjacent.
