Janu Residences Dubai marks Aman Group's first residential offering in the Middle East and the second Janu destination globally (after Janu Tokyo 2024). Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, the sculptural tower in Dubai International Financial Centre integrates a 150-key Janu hotel, the world's first global Janu Club, and 57 branded residences (two- to five-bedroom homes plus a signature penthouse). The tower rises from a reimagined souk-style courtyard anchored by a 59-foot-high lobby and overlooks Zabeel Palace Gardens with sweeping views toward the Burj Khalifa. The entire 34th floor is reserved exclusively for residents, with an infinity-edge pool and private lounge.
