About the project

Janu Dubai is a mixed-use tower in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), developed by Alia Developments with H&H under Aman Group's lifestyle-driven Janu brand and designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron. It pairs a roughly 150-key hotel and the invitation-only Janu Club with 57 branded residences ranging from two-bedroom apartments to a crowning penthouse, alongside premium offices and retail. The residences overlook Zabeel Palace Gardens with uninterrupted views toward the Burj Khalifa, emphasizing wellness, social connection, and indoor-outdoor living.
