The story so far

It pairs a roughly 150-key hotel and the invitation-only Janu Club with 57 branded residences ranging from two-bedroom apartments to a crowning penthouse, alongside premium offices and retail. The residences overlook Zabeel Palace Gardens with uninterrupted views toward the Burj Khalifa, emphasizing wellness, social connection, and indoor-outdoor living.
