Kempinski Marina Residences

Kempinski Marina Residences gives the Swiss-born hotelier its first standalone branded residences in Dubai Marina, a 57-storey, roughly 240-metre tower rising on one of the last remaining waterfront plots along the marina. Designed by Arkiplan, the tower reads as a stack of staggered, tiered terraces threaded with vertical gardens, so nearly every home opens onto outdoor space with views over the yachts, the Gulf and the Marina skyline. The 453 residences run from one- to four-bedroom apartments to duplexes, sky villas and seven penthouses, with select homes carrying private plunge pools and hot tubs. Residents get Kempinski-style hospitality, with concierge, butler and housekeeping services, plus indoor and outdoor pools including an infinity pool, a gym and yoga studio, padel and basketball courts, a golf simulator, a cinema room, a kids' club and landscaped gardens, above a base of marina-front retail. The project is developed by ABA Group with Devmark as sales partner.
