The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION

The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION are the first EDITION-branded residences in the UAE and the only EDITION-branded homes globally to feature their own exclusive private beach. Set on the beachfront at Dubai Harbour, between the marina and JBR's shoreline with dual sea-and-promenade frontage, the development comprises 165 full-service branded residences arranged across four architecturally distinctive low-rise pavilion towers of roughly nine floors, conceived as an extension of the adjacent 185-room Dubai Beach EDITION hotel. Owned by Shamal Holding and developed by H&H Development under Marriott International's EDITION brand, the project pairs architecture by Pritzker Prize-winning Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP) with interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape by Square M Design. Residences span two- to four-bedroom layouts from roughly 1,450 to 3,770 square feet, each individually curated so no two homes are alike, with floor-to-ceiling glazing framing uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, the harbour, and the Dubai skyline. Residents enjoy hotel-grade service and a deep amenity program including multiple pools, a private beach club, spa and wellness facilities, a gym, resident lounges, sky and landscaped gardens, and 24-hour concierge, valet, and security. Handover is anticipated in 2029.
