Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina

Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is an ultra-luxury branded residential tower by Select Group rising on the Dubai Marina waterfront, built on the structure of the long-stalled Pentominium, which Select acquired and had Woods Bagot redesign from the ground up. Its 122 storeys hold 251 residences, from two- to four-bedroom deluxe homes to half-floor penthouses and duplex and triplex Sky Mansions reaching roughly 14,100 square feet. Six Senses programs more than 61,000 square feet of amenities across four levels: cardio, strength and functional gyms, virtual cycling and boxing studios, a 25-metre lap pool set on level 109, ice baths, a salt room, infrared and bio saunas, a sound-healing room, indoor and outdoor cinemas, a wine lounge and a longevity clinic offering cryotherapy and hyperbaric treatment. The tower targets LEED Silver certification, with Arabian Construction Company as main contractor.
