W Residences at Dubai Harbour

W Residences at Dubai Harbour brings Marriott's W brand to one of Dubai's newest waterfront districts in three slender 40-storey towers rising from a single landscaped podium. Arada is building around 490 branded homes, from one-bedroom apartments to duplexes and rooftop penthouses with private pools, all with floor-to-ceiling glass framing Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters and Ain Dubai, and the Arabian Gulf. The podium is the social engine of the project: a roughly 200-metre infinity pool billed as the longest in Dubai, a 40,000-square-foot Wellfit fitness and wellness club, a music recording studio, a sports simulator, a cinema, co-working space, guest suites and dining outlets, with residents served by W's signature concierge and lifestyle programming. The towers sit between the Dubai Harbour marina and the beachfront communities of Emaar Beachfront and Sobha SeaHaven, a short walk from the cruise terminal and the Dubai Marina promenade.
