About the project

Mondrian Riyadh Al Malga is a 200-key design-led hotel and serviced-residence development marking the Mondrian brand's Saudi Arabian debut and Ennismore's first hotel in Riyadh, developed with owner Olayan Financing Company in the Al Malga Urban Village at the gateway to the New Murabba district and its planned Mukaab tower in north Riyadh. The program pairs 130 rooms and suites with 70 serviced apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, three restaurants and lounges from Ennismore's in-house concept studio Carte Blanched, and event and wellness spaces. Interiors are by South African interior architect Tristan du Plessis, the scheme targets LEED certification, and it sits close to Boulevard Riyadh City and the King Abdullah Financial District.
