Waldorf Astoria Diriyah

Waldorf Astoria Diriyah is the centrepiece of a mixed-use superblock rising on Grand Boulevard South in the Boulevard Northwestern district of Diriyah Gate, the Vision 2030 cultural quarter unfolding around the mud-brick At-Turaif UNESCO World Heritage Site outside Riyadh. Spanning roughly 241,000 square metres of built-up area, the development pairs a 200-key Waldorf Astoria hotel with 47 branded residences, commercial and office buildings, an integrated super-basement and an extensive landscaped public realm. It brings Hilton's flagship luxury marque to Saudi Arabia's founding city, translating the brand's grand-hotel tradition into the Najdi architectural language that governs the wider Diriyah masterplan. A joint venture of Hassan Allam Construction Saudi and UCC Saudi is delivering the superblock under one of the largest single construction contracts awarded across the district.
