The Ritz-Carlton Diriyah sits in the northern reach of Diriyah, alongside the Art District and within reach of the mud-brick At-Turaif quarter that anchors the wider City of Earth master plan. Delivered by Diriyah Company with SSH as consultant, the upper-luxury urban hotel carries a minimum of 195 keys along with a specialty restaurant, an all-day dining room, meeting and event space, a spa, a pool and a fitness centre, all worked into the low-rise Najdi architectural language that governs building across Diriyah. The branded residential component has proved among the most sought-after in the Kingdom: an initial release of 106 Ritz-Carlton Residences sold out, prompting a Signature Collection of a further 59 fully furnished apartments and villas ranging from one to four bedrooms, each served by the brand's residential concierge and hotel amenities. The result is one of the first fully branded hotel-and-residence addresses inside Saudi Arabia's flagship cultural destination.
