About the project

One Circular Quay is a twin-tower landmark rising on the long-vacant Circular Quay site at the edge of Sydney Harbour, framing dual-icon views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. A Kengo Kuma-designed hotel volume of layered horizontal terraces houses Australia's first Waldorf Astoria, while a slender Kerry Hill-designed residential tower holds a limited collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Interiors bring a restrained, crafted materiality, and a reworked ground plane reconnects the precinct to the waterfront promenade. Residents share a private club level, pool, spa and wellness suite, with the Waldorf Astoria delivering signature dining, a rooftop bar and full five-star service to the address.
