Sydney House is a mixed-use tower on Pitt Street in the Sydney CBD, built by joining three restored historic buildings into a six-storey podium and setting a contemporary fifty-storey tower above them. BVN shares the design with fjcstudio, and the development is a joint venture between the Singapore-listed First Sponsor Group and Melbourne-based ICD Property, with Richard Crookes Constructions delivering it. The podium houses a private club within the heritage fabric, while the tower above holds a hotel and 241 residential apartments. The address sits within a block of Sydney Metro's Gadigal Station, placing the building on the city's newest rail spine. It is one of the larger residential additions to the Sydney CBD skyline currently under construction.
