One Crescent

One Crescent is an ultra-luxury residential building on the eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah, developed by AHS Properties and designed by Shaun Killa of Killa Design. Scarcity is the point: the project holds just 25 homes, spanning penthouses, sky villas and sky mansions alongside a small collection of apartments, with layouts running from three to six bedrooms and each residence given its own private pool and leisure terrace. Killa's wave-inspired massing steps and curves along the crescent so that the building reads as an extension of the Gulf rather than an object placed on it, and the beachfront orientation gives every home open water views back toward the Dubai Marina skyline. Residents draw on multiple swimming pools, fitness and wellness facilities, a mosque, and dining and retail within the crescent's resort corridor.
