Palm Beach Towers

Palm Beach Towers is a fully furnished residential development by Nakheel at the gateway of Palm Jumeirah, connected to the Palm Monorail and three minutes from Palm West Beach. The towers offer private beach access alongside an infinity swimming pool, sky lounge, fully equipped multipurpose gymnasium, outdoor yoga area, and children's play area, positioned four minutes from Golden Mile Galleria and seven minutes from Nakheel Mall. Built by contractor Shapoorji Pallonji, the project has completed its substructure, superstructure, and building work, with MEP work at 98.38 percent and overall progress at 83.53 percent as of Nakheel's internal inspection on June 11, 2026, against 76.43 percent reported by Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Agency as of May 19, 2026. Main structural work is complete, with finishing and fit-out activities including internal finishes, façade installation, MEP work, and landscaping underway across the development.
