PGA Office Center

PGA Office Center is Florida Power & Light and NextEra Energy's 86-acre corporate office campus at Interstate 95 and PGA Boulevard in the PGA Station area of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Designed by Perkins&Will with Urban Design Studio, the campus pairs twin six-story Class A office buildings: a 266,000-square-foot first building already occupied by roughly 1,000 employees and a 249,000-square-foot second building, now under construction along Kyoto Gardens Drive, that will house about 1,000 more. The two towers connect through a glass-enclosed walkway and are served by twin three-story parking garages with 150 electric vehicle charging stations and a rooftop solar photovoltaic array. The site includes a helistop and an emergency fuel station that keeps company vehicles running through storms, native plantings across roughly 90 percent of the landscape, and construction engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricanes for operational continuity. Existing zoning clears up to one million square feet of office on the site, leaving capacity for a possible third building.
