This 86-acre corporate campus at I-95 and PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens comprises twin six-story office buildings — Phase 1 at 266,000 square feet (opened 2022) and Phase 2 at 249,000 square feet (approved December 2022) — connected by a glass-enclosed walkway and supported by twin three-story parking garages with 150 EV charging stations and a rooftop solar photovoltaic array. The site includes a helistop, a 3,000-gallon emergency fuel station for company vehicles during storms, native plantings across 90 percent of the landscape, and is engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricanes for operational continuity. The original 2013 zoning approval cleared up to one million square feet of office development across the site, leaving roughly half a million square feet of future capacity beyond the two completed phases — enough for another 2,000 employees.
