Triple Stick Golf Club

Triple Stick Golf Club is a new members-only golf enclave within Bay Hill Estates, minutes from the main resort at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, following the routing of the former Estates Course. Love Golf Design, led by World Golf Hall of Fame member Davis Love III, redesigned the course under lead architect Scot Sherman, who worked alongside Pete and Alice Dye for years on projects including The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island. The name draws on Love's childhood nickname "Tripp" and Crooked Stick Golf Club in Indiana, the Dyes' influential Indiana design that shaped Love Golf Design's architectural vocabulary. The par-70 course keeps the existing landform and undisturbed lakes intact, with railroad tie bulkheads, angled layback walls, vertical drywood bunker accents, flat-bottomed bunkers framed by native tufted grasses, and waste areas blending sand, shell and screenings drawn from South Florida courses of the 1960s and 70s. Playing surfaces run Bimini Bermuda on tees, fairways and rough with TifEagle greens, and both nines close with a par-5. A new clubhouse designed by Peacock + Lewis, under President and COO John Lyberger, will follow the course, framed as an Island and Old Florida-influenced, dining-forward space with covered al fresco seating, a pro shop and locker rooms, sited near the driving range and short-game area. PGA National's 807-acre property was purchased in 2025 by Henderson Park in a joint venture with South Street Partners, with Salamander Collection continuing to manage the resort. The golf course is set to open later this year, with the clubhouse to follow.
