Developed by Gatsby Florida, the firm behind the DiVosta Towers, with architecture by GarciaStromberg and construction by Hedrick Brothers Construction, the spec building was previously known as PGA Tower and The Modern. It offers efficient 25,000-square-foot floor plates, a rooftop terrace, a fitness center and conference facilities above about 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and dining, including a fine-dining restaurant, all served by a structured parking garage with electric-vehicle charging. As the only new office building underway on the PGA corridor, The Palm targets financial, legal and corporate tenants relocating to Palm Beach County.
