The Edge Sarasota is a boutique 10-story condominium tower at the corner of Cocoanut Avenue and Fruitville Road in downtown Sarasota's Rosemary District. The building holds just 27 residences ranging from roughly 3,150 to 3,530 square feet — a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes defined by lofty ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass, and generous private terraces that frame panoramic views of Sarasota Bay and the city skyline. Designed by BDG Architects with interiors by DSDG Architects and built by Voeller Construction for developer Jebco Ventures, The Edge pairs timeless modern architecture with a curated collection of shared amenities woven through the tower, offering an intimate, design-forward alternative to Sarasota's larger high-rises just steps from the city's dining, galleries, and waterfront.
