Saravela is a two-tower luxury condominium development rising on North Tamiami Trail at the northern gateway to downtown Sarasota, distinguished as the city's first new high-rise designed for short-term rental freedom — letting owners rent their fully furnished residences for stays as short as three days through a professionally managed program. The 1.7-acre site straddles two zoning districts, with one tower rising 18 stories in the Downtown Bayfront and the other stepping down to 11 stories in the Downtown Core. Together the towers deliver 282 condominiums and penthouses, 11 two-story townhomes, 40 attainable rental units, and more than 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Inside each residence, 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive terraces, Italian cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and furnishings curated by Steven G. create a layered, modern coastal aesthetic. The amenity program spans more than 47,000 square feet across six dedicated levels — two rooftop pools overlooking Sarasota Bay, two spas, club lounges, wine vaults, fitness studios, saunas, hot and cold plunge pools, a golf simulator, putting green, bocce court, an attended Kids' Club with duckpin bowling and splash pool, game lounges, co-working spaces, pet amenities, and rooftop firepits, all backed by concierge, valet, optional housekeeping, grocery delivery, 24-hour security, and a complimentary one-year sports membership at TPC Prestancia.
