1000 Boulevard of the Arts is a 20-story mixed-use waterfront tower in downtown Sarasota's Quay district, rising at the corner of Boulevard of the Arts and Quay Commons on the former Hyatt Regency Sarasota site. The tower houses two distinct components within a single structure: the 174-key Hyatt Centric Harborside hotel on levels 6 through 14, and 117 luxury condominium residences above. Hotel amenities include more than 7,000 square feet of flexible event space anchored by a ballroom, a ground-floor restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a resort-style swimming pool, and a pool bar. Hotel interiors are characterized by curved architectural forms, terrazzo and wood flooring, tropical landscaping elements, warm wood accents, intricate fixtures, decorative lighting, and a palette of natural materials reflective of Sarasota's waterfront setting. The residential collection ranges from one- to three-bedroom-plus-den layouts spanning approximately 1,200 to more than 3,000 square feet, with a 24-hour staffed lobby, valet and self-parking, and a collection of private amenity spaces. A separate residential tower is planned for the adjacent site along Boulevard of the Arts.
