Official Website2712 Al Amir Abdullah Ibn Jalawi Ibn Turki, Riyadh. 70 hotel keys. Targeting 2026.
Boutique Group, the Public Investment Fund company converting historic royal palaces into ultra-luxury hotels, is restoring the red-plastered landmark in central Riyadh's Al Futah district as a hotel of roughly 70 rooms and suites with butler service. The programme includes five high-end restaurants, among them an outpost of Umberto Bombana's Bombana, and seven event spaces set in the palace's historic halls and courtyards. This is a renovation and conversion of the existing palace, not a new build.
