Adagio is a two-building mixed-use development planned for a full block at 1360 Ringling Boulevard, near Palm and Pineapple Avenues at the Burns Court edge of downtown Sarasota. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture for a development team led by The Lutgert Companies, R&P Holdings, and Barron Collier Companies, the project pairs an 18-story luxury condominium tower with a companion 10-story building, together delivering 172 residences alongside roughly 32,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a restaurant. The high-design, coastal-modern towers bring sculpted balconies, landscaped amenity decks, and active street-level retail to one of Sarasota's most walkable cultural districts, blending market-rate luxury homes with a component of attainable residences in the heart of the city.
