About the project

This 16-unit luxury condominium tower is planned for a half-acre site at 201 and 203 Arkona Court in West Palm Beach, just east of Olive Avenue and steps from the Norton Museum of Art. The design devotes an entire floor to each residence across 15 single-level homes of roughly 5,000 square feet, topped by a two-level penthouse, with full-floor units oriented to capture water views to the east. Conceived to complement the Norton's major expansion and a planned cultural art park directly to the north, the tower treats the park as its front door and opens onto it. Inside, a compact 7,000-square-foot private membership club is dedicated to art and cultural activities — open to residents and, through paid and donated non-profit memberships, to the public and nearby Palm Beach Atlantic University students — while a ground-floor market café serves residents and passersby alike. The project anchors an emerging "cultural quarter" of high-rise residences taking shape around the museum.
