Palm Beach Atlantic University Residence Hall

The largest residence hall in Palm Beach Atlantic University's history, this 25-story tower will house close to 1,000 students in downtown West Palm Beach. It offers 990 beds across 275 units in two-, three-, and four-bed layouts, alongside 11 student-union spaces for collaboration and community. Amenities include 28,000 square feet of dining space anchored by an outdoor plaza seating 150, and 13,000 square feet of fitness space with modern equipment, group fitness studios, and a golf simulator. An adjoining parking garage provides eight and a half floors of parking for students and visitors. The project is part of PBA's God-Sized Dreams campaign and its strategic master plan to deepen on-campus student life in the heart of the city.
