Designed by CUBE 3 and delivered through a public-private partnership with Gilbane Development Company, the 319,000-square-foot building holds 275 apartment-style units and 990 beds in two-, three- and four-bed configurations. Shared amenities include a dining hall, a fitness and student recreation center, game and study lounges and wellness and social lounges, alongside a structured parking garage with hundreds of bike and e-bike stalls.
