The story so far

The Palm Beach Atlantic University Residence Hall is a twenty-five-story student housing tower rising at Acacia Road and South Dixie Highway on the university's downtown West Palm Beach campus, a 25-story tower with 275 residences at 1200 S. Dixie Highway that broke ground in October 2025 and is set to finish in August 2027. Financed with $240M in June 2025.

Two- to four-bedroom rental residences. Designed by CUBE 3 and delivered through a public-private partnership with Gilbane Development Company, the 319,000-square-foot building holds 275 apartment-style units and 990 beds in two-, three- and four-bed configurations. Shared amenities include a dining hall, a fitness and student recreation center, game and study lounges and wellness and social lounges, alongside a structured parking garage with hundreds of bike and e-bike stalls.
