711 North Pearl is a 35-story residential tower rising at 711 North Pearl Street on the edge of the Dallas Arts District and Central Business District. Developed by Switzerland-based Empira Group and designed by GFF Architects, the tower delivers 370 market-rate apartments — studios through three-bedrooms, each with a private balcony — plus eight exclusive penthouses, about 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a seven-level, 515-space parking garage. A ninth-floor amenity level offers a pool with city views, a fitness center, co-working space, an art makers studio and a resident lounge, with a landscaped streetscape connecting to nearby cultural venues and Klyde Warren Park. The tower broke ground in 2024 with delivery targeted for 2026.
