Dallas Proper Hotel & Residences is a 34-story luxury hotel and branded residential tower at 2500 Cedar Springs Road in Uptown Dallas, Texas, the hospitality anchor of Lincoln Property Company's Springs District, a 1.4-million-square-foot, four-acre mixed-use development near The Crescent and the Katy Trail that also plans an office tower, a multifamily tower, ground-floor retail and more than two acres of outdoor amenity space. Developed by Lincoln Property Company with Proper Hospitality, the tower pairs a Proper Hotel of about 192 guestrooms and suites with roughly 83 branded Dallas Proper Residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, including one- and two-story penthouses. Architecture is by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with interiors by Kelly Wearstler. Amenities include three destination restaurants, five bar and lounge concepts, a rooftop pool deck with skyline views, a 15,000-square-foot Proper Wellness Center and a members-only Proper Club, making it Proper's second Texas hotel after Austin Proper.
