Dallas Proper Hotel and Residences rises 34 stories on a four-acre site at the gateway to Uptown, bringing Proper Hospitality's design-forward brand to Texas in partnership with Lincoln Property Company. Architecture by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill gives the tower a refined silhouette of cascading terraces, shaded outdoor amenities and floor-to-ceiling glass, with interiors by acclaimed designer Kelly Wearstler. The property combines a 200-key hotel with approximately 80 branded residences on the upper floors, ranging from one- to four-bedroom homes up to a limited collection of one- and two-story penthouses with panoramic skyline views. Guests and owners share an expansive amenity program: three restaurants, five bars and lounges, a rooftop pool deck, roughly 22,000 square feet of event space, a 15,000-square-foot wellness center, and an intimate members-only Proper Club — a first-of-its-kind concept for the city.
