Hi Line Square

Hi Line Square is a two-tower mixed-use landmark planned for the Dallas Design District by McCourt Partners and HN Capital Partners, designed by Perkins & Will. The development pairs a 30-story, 300-residence tower with a 17-story, roughly 186,000-square-foot office building above about 45,000 square feet of retail and dining, all organized around a pedestrian plaza built around a preserved heirloom tree. With direct access to the Trinity Strand Trail and The Loop Connector, Hi Line Square knits new housing, workplace and street-level retail into one of Dallas's fastest-growing creative neighborhoods.
