Designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners with HKS as executive architect and landscape by SWA Group, the tower places a 240-key Four Seasons hotel on its lower floors and 118 private Four Seasons–branded residences above, ranging from pied-à-terre layouts to full-floor penthouses. Residents and guests share an extensive amenity program including multiple restaurants and bars, a signature spa and wellness floor, pools, a fitness center, a private residential club lounge, and full Four Seasons concierge and service. Developed by Carpenter & Company in partnership with Dallas's Perot family, the project brings the brand's first ground-up Dallas hotel-and-residence offering to the leafy Turtle Creek corridor near the Katy Trail, Uptown, and the Dallas Arts District.
