The Dallas EDITION Hotel & Residences is the luxury centerpiece of Chalk Hill, a mixed-use development in the Harwood District at the gateway to Uptown Dallas by Kaizen Development Partners with HN Capital, a 29-story tower with 60 residences and 214 hotel keys at 3031 North Harwood Street that broke ground in June 2025 and is targeting Late 2028.

Marking Marriott's EDITION brand debut in Texas, the 29-story tower at 3031 North Harwood Street pairs a 214-key, full-service EDITION hotel with 60 branded condominium residences, each with a private terrace. It rises beside a 22-story trophy office tower with roughly 400,000 square feet of workspace, plus retail and food-and-beverage, on the former North Texas Public Broadcasting campus, which is being demolished to make way for the project. Three levels of below-grade parking sit beneath the two architecturally distinct towers, which have direct access to the Katy Trail and the Dallas North Tollway.
