The Loren at Turtle Cove brings the ultra-luxury Loren brand to Providenciales, set along the protected waters of Turtle Cove on the north shore of Turks & Caicos, a 5-story building with 31 residences and 34 hotel keys that broke ground in June 2023 and is targeting 2027-Q2.
The low-density retreat pairs 33 guest suites with 25 oceanfront condominium residences and six beachfront villas, arranged around pools, a spa, and beach-club dining that open directly to the Caribbean. Architecture and interiors emphasize natural stone, water, and light, framing reef and ocean views and the brand's understated, residential approach to resort living. Owners and guests share full hotel service in one of the island's most established waterfront settings.
The Turks and Caicos government halted construction while investigating the alleged discharge of turbid effluent into the Turtle Cove Canal.
tcweeklynews.comThe Loren appointed Turks & Caicos Sotheby's International Realty to lead sales and marketing for the Turtle Cove resort and residences in March 2026, alongside the launch of CAMP, a limited-run culinary pop-up on the site.
