Designed by Shop Dryden, the master-planned campus pairs the preserved United Record Pressing building with three new structures anchored by a 14-story boutique hotel tower of roughly 175 keys. The plan adds about 50 residential lofts and for-sale condos, 60,000 square feet of office space, and 25,000 square feet of neighborhood retail woven through plazas and green courtyards across a 1.81-acre site. It represents one of the next major evolutions of the fast-growing WeHo arts and industrial district.
