Cypress Palms is a landmark twin-tower residential development by Meriton, the company led by Harry Triguboff, rising on a four-street-frontage site at 3346 Surfers Paradise Boulevard in the heart of Surfers Paradise on Queensland's Gold Coast. Designed by DBI Architects, the scheme pairs a 90-storey tower of around 690 apartments, set to become Queensland's tallest residential building at roughly 305 metres, with a companion 76-storey tower, delivering some 1,310 apartments in total. Residents share a resort-scale amenity deck anchored by an elevated level-8 lagoon pool and landscaped gardens, above a podium of retail, dining and entertainment moments from Surfers Paradise Beach and the G:link light rail.
