Garfield Terrace Towers is an absolute-beachfront dual-tower residential development by Celestino Developments on a roughly 4,000-square-metre site at 63-79 Garfield Terrace in Surfers Paradise. The scheme pairs a 55-storey tower with a 48-storey tower, holding 275 apartments split 148 and 127 between them, joined by skybridges at levels 45 and 47 that carry resident-only wellness and entertainment space. A shared five-storey podium runs a landscaped communal deck with resident lounges, private dining rooms and a gym, plus an open green lawn and a pool stretching more than 90 metres along the entire eastern edge facing the beach, alongside plunge pools, wellness rooms and a yoga lawn. Ground-level food and beverage tenancies open the base to the beachfront strip. It is the Gold Coast's first absolute-beachfront project of real scale since the triple-tower Jewel development.
