Sola

Sola is a boutique 22-story residential tower on Surf Parade in Broadbeach, the debut development from Ature Group, the property arm founded by Sabo and Zaco principals George and Yiota Kouzoukas with Thessy Batsinilas. Designed by Prospect Apartment Architecture with Esat Studio, the building is deliberately slender, its 269-square-metre footprint occupying less than half of the 640-square-metre site so the tower reads as a fine vertical element rather than a bulky slab. Every level is given over to a single full-floor residence, twenty homes in total, each capturing dual aspects across the Pacific and back toward the hinterland. Pricing positions the project well above the Broadbeach benchmark for three-bedroom stock, targeting downsizers and owner-occupiers seeking scarcity and privacy a short walk from the beach and the Broadbeach dining strip.
