About the project

Parcel C of Eastpoint is the gateway phase of a 30-acre East Bank neighborhood rising directly across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville, adjacent to the new Nissan Stadium and the future Tennessee Performing Arts Center. The plan centers on a 1.5-acre public plaza framed by approximately 50,000 square feet of multi-level retail and restaurant space, tree-lined sidewalks, dedicated bike lanes, and below-ground parking that lifts pedestrian life to the street level. Above it, the parcel will deliver a 600-room full-service hotel alongside a residential component with 10% set aside as affordable housing — designed to serve full-time residents while absorbing the crowds drawn to the stadium and TPAC across the year.
