The East Bend

The East Bend transforms a 47-acre East Bank scrapyard site along the Cumberland River into a new mixed-use neighborhood for Nashville. Plans include residential offerings, neighborhood retail, public green space, and cultural amenities and entertainment — anchored by what would be Nashville's first dedicated children's museum. The site sits adjacent to the upcoming East Point redevelopment, the new Nissan Stadium, and the planned new TPAC, with detailed planning and design now underway following rezoning approval in April 2026 that incorporated the site into Nashville's Downtown Code.
