East Bank is Nashville's transformational riverfront district on the East Bank of the Cumberland River, opposite downtown and adjacent to the Tennessee Titans' Nissan Stadium. Master-developed by The Fallon Company across roughly 550 acres — anchored by a 30-acre Metro-owned mixed-use core branded Eastpoint — the walkable neighborhood weaves together residential towers, ground-floor retail, office space, childcare, parks, and reconnected public riverfront. Its debut building, Eastpoint Flats, delivers 100% affordable housing alongside a childcare center and neighborhood retail, setting the tone for a river-facing community built around public space.
