Eastpoint's 600-room Parcel C hotel now targets a Q3 2027 start and Q3 2030 opening.

The Fallon Company says the 600-room Eastpoint flagship hotel beside the new stadium will miss Super Bowl 2030 as design wraps up; construction is now slated to start July 2027, with the sports authority board weighing options Oct 27 (WSMV).
