East Bank

East Bank is Nashville's transformational riverfront district on the east bank of the Cumberland River, directly across from downtown, spanning roughly 550 acres guided by Metro Nashville's East Bank vision plan and the East Bank Development Authority. At its core is Eastpoint, a 30-acre Metro-owned mixed-use neighborhood master-developed by The Fallon Company, planned around walkable tree-lined streets, bike lanes and a 1.5-acre central plaza framed by about 50,000 square feet of multi-level shops and restaurants, a 600-room hotel, offices and residential towers, with a master development agreement committing 1,550 homes and 99-year affordability protections. Its first building, Eastpoint Flats, developed with Elmington Capital, is a fully affordable block of 323 apartments with a childcare center and neighborhood retail. The wider district also takes in the new enclosed Nissan Stadium for the Tennessee Titans, the relocated Tennessee Performing Arts Center designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, Oracle's riverfront campus and a reconnected public riverfront park system.
