Official WebsiteDeveloped by Stanford Carr Development with landowner Kamehameha Schools, Kahuina — Hawaiian for "crossroads" — rises at the meeting point of Cooke, Coral, Auahi, and Pohukaina Streets in the heart of Our Kakaʻako. The roughly 3.66-acre community comprises two towers, the taller 43-story Lamaku and the 32-story Mamalu, delivering around 859 residences in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts plus live/work lofts, with a meaningful share reserved under Honolulu's affordable- and workforce-housing programs and the balance market-rate. Designed by Alakea Design Group with Benjamin Woo Architects as architect of record, the project pairs contemporary glass-and-concrete towers with resort-style amenities such as a pool deck and landscaped terraces, set above roughly 35,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a public market. Its central location puts residents steps from SALT at Our Kakaʻako, Ward Village, and Ala Moana Center.
