Developed by the locally rooted Kobayashi Group and built by affiliate Albert C. Kobayashi Inc., with architecture by San Francisco's WRNS Studio, the roughly $400 million tower holds 477 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, 437 at market rate and 40 as reserved housing, above ground-floor commercial space. Sustainability is central to the design, with rooftop solar, a centralized chilled-water system and greywater treatment, while residents are served by resort-style amenities including infinity pools, a bowling alley and a private theater.
