The Launiu Ward Village is a 40-story luxury condominium tower, plus a six-story podium, that broke ground on October 21, 2025 at 928 Ward Avenue near the corner of Ala Moana Boulevard in Honolulu's Kakaako district. The 11th tower in Howard Hughes' master-planned Ward Village, it delivers 486 market-rate residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, roughly 440 to 1,677 square feet, with views over Kewalo Basin, the Pacific coastline, Diamond Head and the Koolau mountains. Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica with interiors by ODADA and landscape architecture by VITA, the tower features approximately 78,000 square feet of resort-style amenities.
