Developed by ProsPac Holdings with architecture by Honolulu-based Design Partners Inc. and interiors by Seattle's Olson Kundig, the tower offers roughly 294 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences atop a podium with parking and about 40,000 square feet of street-level commercial space planned for a grocery store, shops, and restaurants. A sixth-floor amenity deck of nearly 40,000 square feet anchors the project's wellness focus, with an infinity pool, fitness center, spa, and pickleball court. The name Kaliʻu, meaning "well-seasoned" in Hawaiian, honors the salt-bed heritage of the surrounding lands.
