Mandarin Oriental Jeddah is a waterfront luxury hotel, serviced apartment and branded residence resort planned on a dedicated island within Jeddah Central, the Jeddah Central Development Company's flagship urban regeneration district on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast. Master planned and designed by KPF (Kohn Pedersen Fox), the development is conceived as a sustainable, low-density and low-rise composition that pairs locally inspired architectural tradition with a contemporary waterside setting, rather than a single tower. The program combines 140 guest rooms and suites, 115 serviced apartments for longer stays and 187 privately owned Mandarin Oriental branded residences of two to four bedrooms, all oriented toward a newly created marina and the Red Sea. Guests and residents share five dining venues, meeting and event spaces, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, a swimming pool and fitness centre, a cinema, library, games room, golf simulator and a children's club, bringing the group's signature service to one of the Kingdom's most closely watched waterfront destinations alongside Jeddah Central's planned opera house, stadium and oceanarium.
