Manor Riverwalk District

Manor Riverwalk District is the opening phase of Related Group's roughly $1 billion master plan along the west bank of the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa. The 24-story, 369-residence luxury rental tower, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by ID & Design International, rises at 101 South Parker Street with about 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, an 805-space parking garage, and a 23,000-square-foot elevated resort-style amenity deck. It is the first of five planned towers that will ultimately bring more than 1,200 residences to Tampa's revitalized riverfront.
